Good morning everyone! I’ve been up since 4:30 today because my school band played for the Honor Flight at 5:30, which is a flight for the local veterans to DC where they spend the day! Needless to say, I hope the day goes by quickly because I need a nap. Onto the eats! These are Tuesday’s meals.
The usual overnight oats topped with cottage cheese + sunbutter + bloobs. That melty sunbutter tho ^^^ 😉
PB&J&B made with the last of Kelvin’s homemade bread + an apple + coconut cashews + almonds
and then this happened….

It still got eaten. I’m not one to waste food 🙂
Hands down the best Larabar flavor. It tastes just like a Reeses! I had this before track which was 1/2 mile warmup, 20 minute easy run, 1 mile of 150m stride x 250m jog, and 1/2 mile cooldown. ~4 miles.
I made Robyn’s black bean quinoa mango salad (quinoa, black beans, corn, red pepper, scallions, and mango) and it sure didn’t disappoint! Love that girl. It’s pretty similar to my Mexican quinoa salad, without the spices. I realized after I cleaned up that I forgot to add the avocado… dang. I served it with the last of the sweet potato lentils I made last week!
I wasn’t too hungry for dessert, but I snacked on 1/2 a banana with peanut butter and greek yogurt before bed. And also some milk straight from the carton (sorry Mom) 😉 it was the perfect night time snack!
