Hey guys! Long time no talk 😀 I’ve missed blogging!
I’m back from my awesome trip to Michigan Tech and life is back to normal. Before I share everything from my trip I just wanted to share a super duper easy dessert I made last night. And because I’m procrastinating sorting through the hundreds of pictures I took 😉
First! Breakfast. It was my first green smoothie in a week. I actually didn’t miss them as much as I expected to. That was the last of the cinnamon-vanilla-cream cheese english muffins and they’re limited edition. Definitely need to recreate them.
For some reason I didn’t enjoy this as much as I normally do? After a week of dorm food my body isn’t adjusting to food at home very well. I think I might take a break from green smoothies. Is it possible to eat too many vegetables? I think I am!

Cookout with the family for dinner (pork chops… ew)
This is a recipe my grandma always makes for family gatherings and I tried to make it myself! It couldn’t be easier; ice cream sandwiches, cool whip, fudge sauce, caramel/butterscotch sauce, and peanuts. Layer and freeze!

After dinner I went golfing for the first time this summer. I did the best I’ve ever done!
