Here’s a quick recipe for you! We made it for dinner tonight and it was yummy!
Ingredients
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 bag frozen veggies (we used broccoli and cauliflower)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 package stove top stuffing
Directions
Cut up (uncooked) chicken breast and spread into bottom of round pie plate.Β Mix the soup, sour cream, and veggies in a bowl.Β SpreadΒ it over the chicken.Β Mix the stuffing with 1.5 cups of water until moist.Β SpreadΒ on top of soup/veggie mixture.Β Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve!
This was so easy and so good! We both have leftovers perfect for lunch tomorrow π
