It’s the best day of the week already – where I get to creep on everyone’s eats! Here are mine from yesterday!
Breakfast
Empty peanut butter jar = the best overnight oats! 1/2 cup oats, some Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, sliced banana, and refrigerate. Topped with blueberries in the morning, there’s not many better breakfasts!
Lunch
I’ve had the same lunch everyday since school started.. Sandwich with turkey, mayo, pesto, lettuce, tomato, sometimes avocado. An apple, almonds, and tomatoes. Haven’t gotten sick of it yet!
Dinner
Mom made this recipe and it was ah-maz-ing! Like third helping amazing π
Dessert
Have you seen those “2 ingredient muffins” on Pinterest? You know, 1 jar pumpkin, 1 box cake mix? Mom made those too!
For not taking any effort whatsoever, they were pretty dang good!
Then we went on a walk in the crisp fall air. I love fall so much!
And I saw my friend Patrick π
I have a looong day ahead. Leaving the house at 5, not getting home until 5. Let’s hope I make it! Happy WIAW, everyone!
