T’was a great weekend!
Saturday morning bright dark and early I went for a run with my running group. We did 6 miles and it was cooold!
Refueling:
Then I went to bake cookies with my grandma!
This is going to become a yearly tradition! Dinner:
The green smoothie and carrots cancel out the pizza right? π
Sunday morning I managed another run outside. It’s not the temperature that gets me, it’s the wind!
Brunch:
This was my first time trying Kodiak Cakes. Two words: Buy Them!! I added almond milk, chia seeds, and 1/2 a banana to the mix as well. Plus peanut butter and banana and syrup. On the side is sausage and spinach!
I went to open gym then had a team dinner!
Crockpot mac&cheese and open faced cheeseburgers. I got the recipe for both π the best part is I didn’t worry about this at all! We played some games too.
My team won both π
Now I’ve just got to make it until Friday and then I’m off for Christmas Break!

We make Spritz cookies every year! And my grandma usually makes them for us as well, so we always have a ton! My favorite way to decorate them is with chocolate chips and coconut. Mostly chocolate chips π We definitely have normal ones with sprinkles as well!

I’ve never thought of making them with anything other than sprinkles! Chocolate chips sound amazing!!!

PB blossoms are my FAVORITE! Running in the wind is so hard when you’re against the wind, but when it’s on your back it’s nice! I’d rather have zero wind though!
I just made peanut butter blossoms (I think that’s what they’re called?) and they’re SO addicting! The carrots and green smoothie totally cancel out the pizza π Pizza night with my family is one of my favorites. No regrets. And I LOVE Kodiak cakes. Seriously the easiest things to make and pretty healthy!

Peanut butter blossoms are my favorite Christmas cookie π I’m so happy I tried them! They’re soo easy!
