Elizabeth Smart’s book, My Story. I finished it last night and it was a fantastic book! Highly recommended!
So… I’m really thinking about buying a DSLR camera. I want to get better at my photography. Please tell me your suggestions and/or what camera you have!

I bet you would love having a DSLR! I don’t have one, but I have heard awesome things about them. I have been wondering if that book was good. Was it super sad? That’s the only reason why I’m leery about reading it–I get so sad about stories like Elizabeth’s!

Congrats on the win! With that 10 mile run, you totally need donuts and yoga. I’m not a runner at all so anything over a 5K is a lot to me!

I agree – donuts and yoga are necessary! I’ll admit, part of the reason I run is so I can eat things like donuts!

It is about -35 degrees here with the wind chill so you bet I’m staying inside today too! It was actually illegal to be on the roads before noon today because of the crazy amount of snow we got! What recipe do you use for your mug cake? I love those for dessert π

I’ve started basketball again, so I’m ecstatic that we both have this marvelous sport in common! Your face of concentration is so on point by the way! I bet you’re good! You always are beautiful without makeup, but girl, with it on you’re probably having to beat off the boys! You’re gorgeous. A little cat photo shoot always helps too! As for the DSLR camera, we have a Nikon D3100, which is great. But I’ve used my friends’/relatives’ Canon Rebel cameras before, and I think I like the pictures from those even better!
