Morning everyone! Blah, another Monday. On the bright side, I only have 4 days of school this week! Yesterday my mom made us a delightful brunch. On the menu:
She used this coffee cake recipe and this quiche recipe! Picture time π
It was hard waiting to eat later than normal, but it was well worth it! Doesn’t everything look awesome? It was the perfect fuel for my 7 mile run.
We’d like to do this once a month. Maybe next time I’ll do the baking! Thanks for the wonderful meal, mama!

Umm can YOUR mom make me some food?! All of that sounds so, so good. I’m a huge sucker for coffee cake. But the quiche and donuts sound equally as appealing. Alright I’m just gonna go now, because all this brunch food is making me jealous. π

I love the whole idea of brunch. I’m such an early riser, so I’m ALWAYS hungry before 7, so the idea of waiting for brunch time to come is unbearable to me, but you make me want to give it a try! I LOVE all your pictures. Seriously, that new camera of yours is doing wonders! The fruit looks so good, and the quiche oh my goodness! ( I really need to go get a snack before I drool all over my screen!)
