It’s that day again – the day to be jealous of everyone else’s eats! I’m not sharing a full day today – you guys don’t need to see yet another picture of my overnight oats and turkey sandwich. I’ve got a boatload of pics that have never been shared so I’m cleaning out the camera #2! You can find #1 here. Thanks for hosting, Jenn!
My breakfasts never get too crazy. I’d like to make things like pancakes and French toast, but I’m never feelin’ it when I wake up! Overnight oats every school morning and usually eggs (scrambled or in a pita) and toast on weekends.
Lunches are a turkey sandwich with an apple. If I’m home, I usually make a pita.
Dinners have the most variety. Depending on whether my mom made something or not, and what time I have some sort of practice, dinners are always changing.
This weekend there was so much dessert in the house we had to give some away. Cowpies, muffins, chocolate chip cookies, a scone, cake from Grandma’s, and banana cream pie. It’s actually possible to be sick of dessert!
Do you eat the same things everyday?
What is your go-to meal for quick nights?

I’m the same way- I eat the same breakfast every day, and rotate between the same few lunches, depending on if I’m in class or at my apartment for lunch. My favorite quick dinner right now is a healthy fried rice dish! I’ve been making it allllll the time. Sooo good.

I have never been a fan of overnight oats, but whenever I see yours they always look so good! I used to love pita’s. I haven’t had one in ages so thanks for the reminder! We don’t get a very good range here though – they’re impossible to split! Happy Wednesday (well, it’s Thursday for me now!)

It took me awhile to find an overnight oat recipe that I like, but I promise mine are good! I only have a few kinds of pita’s available here too. I’d like to make my own!
Hey Leigha! Cool blog. Everything looks so good! I love eating healthy. Have you ever tried a green smoothie? I’m drinking one right now and I made it with a lot of spinach, v8 splash, frozen mango, and some almond milk. Really good!!! Also you should try this for breakfast sometime… English muffin (I like the triple health whole wheat ones) cashew butter (just like almond butter!) and slices of green apple! Put it all together and you have a cashew butter sandwich. I promise if you try one you will NOT go back haha. I eat one almost every day for breakfast and it keeps me full until lunch!!! Hope you like them π
Hi Lilly! Thanks for stopping by the blog! You should make one π I LOVE green smoothies! I put spinach, almond milk, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, blueberries, banana, nut butter, and chia seeds! Oooh that breakfast sounds awesome. I haven’t tried cashew butter yet but I do love almond butter! I want to try making my own!
Now I just want all your foodβ Subway, meatloafβ¦I’m having overnight oats now! So at least I can satisfy ONE of the many cravings this post has sparked in me π

I always forget how good overnight oats are! Okay my new school breakfast is a rudi’s english muffin with an egg, avocado, and a slice of swiss cheese- wrap the whole thing up in tin foil and eat it on the way to school = more sleeping time haha! Love all your pics Leigha! (as usual!!)
