Gooood morning (afternoon?) everyone! I have yet another day of no school. That doesn’t work very well for Fashion Friday – I don’t have outfits to post! Before we get into that, a quick recap of yesterday:
Omelette, pb banana toast, and cottage cheese. I have this almost every morning I don’t have school!
Workout – 6 x 400’s with a 400 jog in between, a half mile warm up and cool down. Total of 4. Fast ones were in between 1:39-1:48. Recovery ones were 2:13-2:23. Plus 20 reps each of a ton of weight stuff. I’m feelin’ the soreness today! Why haven’t I used my school’s gym before?! It has everything! Say hi to Chris π
Then mom and I went to town for some groceries and lunch! I got my red wine & poppy seed chicken salad sandwich on cranberry walnut bread(<3), tea, and a cinnamon pecan scone. I finished it all no problemo.
I wasn’t hungry for a huge dinner since we ate lunch late so I made a scramble with egg, egg white, black beans, spinach, sweet potato, onion, tomato, and cottage cheese! Easy, vegetarian, and packed with nutrients.
Then we watched The Perks of Being a Wallflower. I read the book and have been wanting to see the movie. The movie was just like the book! I snacked on some scone. Not the same one as lunch;)

And that’s all today! Tomorrow I’m going on a church retreat that I’m super excited for. I really want to get some cross country skiing in today, but I don’t think it’s possible in this weather. It was -35 with the windchill this morning!

Love all your clothes as per usual! And that workout, ugh killer! I did 400 sprints the other day and the pain was real! You look good all sweaty and tired. I look more like I got hit by a truck post workout.

Tuesday’s shirt = so cute! My sister’s track season is starting up and she’s been feeling the soreness, too haha! She loves it though. I remember always getting shin splints at the beginning of track season. The struggle was real haha. Anyways, I hope the weather warms up for ya!
