Monday
1.5 mile warm up + dynamic warm up
3.5 miles easy
5 miles total @ 8:00 avg
- 2 x 10 65# parallel squat
- 2 x 10 60# bench press
- 2 x 5 80# hex bar dead lift + shoulder shrugs
- 2 x 10 60# leg curls
- 2 x 10 55# leg extensions
- 2 x 10 205# leg press + calf raises
- auxilaries + abs
Tuesday
1.5 mile warm up + dynamic warm up
- 1 x 800m (2:55)
- 2 x 400m (1:21, 1:22)
- 4 x 200m (:39, :39, :38, :38)
- 4 x 200m (:41, :40, :42, :39)
Was only supposed to do 4 x 200’s but some girls were still going so I just jumped in for a few more.
.5 mile cooldown
4 miles total + abs
Wednesday
1.5 miles warmup + dynamic warm up
4.5 miles on a trail
1 mile on road
7 miles total @ 8:20 avg
I wish I would have had my phone so I could take a picture! I found a trail by the high school and ran on that… it started out fine but turned to ice. It was more of a workout trying to not fall and go around puddles! I did fall through thin ice one and completely saturate my shoes up to my ankles with ice cold water. I also kind of got lost once but it’s all good π overall a fun run though!
Also abs.
Thursday
First practice at the track!
1 mile warm up + dynamic warm up
.25 mile jog then 2 mile time trial (12:31) + .75 mile jog. I felt fine after the time trial so I know that my races can be faster!
4 x 200m (40, 42, 40, 40)
1 mile cooldown
6 miles total + abs
Friday
2 mile warm up + dynamic warmup
- 2 x 10 95# box squat
- 2 x 10 65# bench press
- 2 x 5 75# power clean
- 2 x 10 60# leg extensions + curls
- 2 x 10 205# seated leg press
- arm curls, pull downs, pull ups, dips, hyperextensions, lunges, push ups, etc… also ab workout.
Saturday
8 miles @ 7:48 avgAbs + dynamic warm up done after my run as a cooldown on the BEACH!

Before church I took a video of how I make my green smoothies! I’m super excited to put it together π it won’t be the best since I had to take it one handed while adding the ingredients with the other but I think you guys will like it!
