Hello everyone! I’m back in my dorm after a quick trip to Utah to see family for Thanksgiving. I have three weeks left of classes, a week of finals, and I’ll be done with my first semester of college! Wow did it go by fast. Here are some highlights from the trip!
Mass
Sunday my mom and I went to Mass at the cathedral. It was beautiful! So were the doughnuts after 🙂
Hiking
My cousin Laura took me on a hike up the mountain. It was about 3 miles round trip and the view at the top was amazing!
Park City
We went to Park City for a night and stayed in a condo (which I forgot to take more pictures of!).
I went for a run while we were there and got lost! Luckily I had my phone so I could just look at my map to see where I was. I thought I was running a loop but turns out I was just running a dead end road, so my run ended up being a little longer than planned. I was able to run in shorts and a tank top while we were in Utah! It will be a long time before I can do that again at home.
East High School
For those of you who are High School Musical fans… I went to East High!!!
Like…Zac Efron stood in these places. ugh. <3
Food
And we ate! A lot.
Thanksgiving
I ended up being sick on Thanksgiving and the night before. Though it wasn’t fun, I’m glad it happened while I wasn’t at school so I didn’t have to miss anything. I didn’t even snap a picture of my food! Here is almost everyone that came for dinner.
And the next morning we flew home! It was so great to see family and it will definitely be a trip we will always remember. Thank you Tricia and Mitch for having us and for everything!
