I celebrated my sixteenth birthday last Sunday! It couldn’t have been a better day – a run, good food, and family. Here are some pictures!
For my birthday dinner I requested Grandma’s famous lasagna!
And for my cake – the Pioneer Woman’s Italian Cream Cake. (So proud of Mom for making it!)
Unfortunately I ate a little too much lasagna and cake so I felt pretty sick the rest of the night. But the next morning everything was back to normal! This week I’ve had exams which somewhat explains my serious lack of blogging. GUYS. I miss writing posts! I really hope I’ll be more present in the near future! I just have to get through today’s exams then I can finally start working on some super fun posts I have planned.

Aww Faith, thank you SO much! I’ve been wanting to make a lasagna that tastes just like this, just without the meat and cheese! I’m thinking about trying TVP for them eat and some Daiya shreds for the mozzarella!

just a note about that survey .. you probably are aware of this already but there’s a lot of pitfalls using a self selected sample like online surveys (sample bias)
