This past Tuesday and Wednesday I spent the day in Marquette for team basketball camp! While I didn’t take any pictures at the gym (obviously- I was playing!) I did take a lot of other pictures!
Third Street Bagel
For lunch on Tuesday we went to a bagel place. Hello new favorite restaurant in Marquette! The bagel had craisins, sunflower seeds, walnuts, whole wheat flour, and honey almond cream cheese, and the green smoothie had spinach, kale, banana, mango, coconut milk, walnuts, chia, and fresh ginger!
It was so good we went again for lunch the next day π
Same thing because what is variety?
Vangos
For dinner we went to Vangos and I got a vegetarian gyro. It was messy but really good!
Of course I had to steal a few bites of fries too π
Black Rocks
“Black Rocks” is a place where you can jump off a mini cliff into Lake Superior. It was my first time going!
It was… really cold. The outside temp was 60F and the water was 40F.

I’m happy to say I did it. But I don’t know if I’ll be going back soon!
Doncker’s
After swimming we went to Doncker’s for ice cream! Sea salt caramel hot fudge sundae. <3

My team went 4-1 for the two days. I think it’s going to be a good season!
Glad to find out black rocks was a cliff for jumping. The black rocks I go to in Marquette is a bar! : ) Peyton and I also LOVE that bagel place.
Hahahaha! If we are ever in Marquette together we will have to go there! π

Mhmm that green smoothie looks fantastic!! I’ve actually never had one (shocker!!), but am probably going to pick one up the next time I’m at WholeFoods :). ALSOOOO. Cliff jumping is SO much fun! It’s one of my favorite things to do when I go to Hawaii π

This is the only green smoothie I’ve found anywhere in the UP, and it’s an hour away! Which is probably a good thing since it would not be good on my wallet haha π
Sounds like so much fun! I’ve never been cliff diving/jumping and I honestly thing I’m too scared to ever try itβ¦but who knows π And GIVE ME ALL THE FOOD. Seriously, so jealous of everything you ate π

What an amazing looking time! That bagel and smoothie sound right up my alley. I went cliff diving once with my best friend, but it was more like “cliff diving” because we jumped from rocks that were like two feet above the water. π We were scared that we wouldn’t jump out far enough and would land on rocksβ¦ but luckily that didn’t happen! Anyway, so glad you had such a good time! π
